Yea. After a few...and the temptation of thoughts or the voices that say...just one puff. No... i stuck them under the sink and ripped them in half. Im 10 days cold turkey and he is 5 days cold turkey. Not worth it!!!!

well done to the pair of you Removing temptation is what most people do when they quit cold turkey as the temptation can be quite overwhelming.

Now that they are all gone you need to just plant NOPE -Not One Puff ever firmly in your head.

I quit cold turkey too and absolutely love the NOPE!!!!. on the rare occasion that i still get a carving, i just smile and tell myself NOPE as for me it continues to reinforce the positive thoughts to override the craving. Only last a few mins and gone for and couple of weeks
