Day 10 smoke free

I am feeling really good. I stop smoking on the 8 October 2014. It is the best choice I have made for my self. Last year I did give up the fags for 3 weeks. But I went right back on them. This time I am not going to do that. This time my mind is made up. For me to do this. And I hope I can do this.

Good evening Orfordholly :) Welcome to this lovely quit support forum and a big well done to you gal, for getting past your first weeks quit :) :) I think your through the hardest bit now :) and yes Holly, I think you've made the best choice for yourself tooo :) :)

Holly, try to think back to the last time you quit, what made you start smoking again :o then we have to think of a way to overcome that this time :)

I must say Holly, you sound very determined this time :) you keep that determination in your head, ready for when mr nic strikes and just tell him where to go eh :) :)

If you have a question, need help, want a moan or just want a chat, then please feel free to do so :) :)

Hope to see you soon :) Pete :)
