Hi there michelle, Welcome to our lovely community. These feelings you are getting at the moment is a good sign. This means your body is getting rid of all the toxins from smoking. Your brain is still adjusting to not smoking. Briarwood and Pete have already given good advice. Stay positive and you will get through this rough patch. Just think how much better you will feel healthier and wealthier.
Hi Michelle,
Congratulations on your quit so far. you are doing great
I too went through a panicky stage around the same time. It really impacted on my concentration etc. I am happy to say, like each other part of my quit process it did pass For me, it lasted for about a month. I just looked at it as another process my body has to go through while doing it cleansing
Good luck on your quit journey and stay focused
That's normal to those who wanted to quit smoking. You still crave for it no matter what. But as long as you stick with your decision and have that discipline to never go back to it because it will just ruin your health, I'm sure you'll get through it. People around you can help you quit as well. Or you can be more active to some physical activities like sports. This will avoid your urge on smoking cigarette. Anyway, others try to vape electronic cigarette as well like me. I found it as a better alternative to smoking. I don't smoke traditional cigarette now and I don't feel the urge to go back. You can do your own research about it and if you believe that it can help you in some way, then there's nothing wrong in trying.
