Yeah! its Friday most of you will be looking forward to the weekend, especially if your off on your holidays (Briar) enjoy being smoke free.

I suggested that this weekend we start by introducing ourselves just so we can get to know each other a little better. if your away or busy please still introduce yourself another day. If we can help you at all please let us know, no matter how trivial the problem.

We are all after the same goal. Getting rid of the demon Mr Nicotine.

Hopes you are enjoying your Friday and getting ready for great weekend.

I have my 3 girls for the weekend, and i have to say, very impressed in how well they went to bed and to sleep tonight

i went back to the GP today, Blood Pressure is well down. He was was really pleased with me I walked out of the Clinic feeling rather happy with myself Now I just have to keep on the track with exercise and eating more healthier

I told my GP about health unlocked last time i was there, he asked me i still use it and i replied it was my new addiction :). He has been in and had a look and has recommended to several of his patients who are going through anxiety and other conditions. He is a bit like me..loves it..
