But still battling on. Gives me heart to see so many new members! Quit oct 2013, ciggies a long distant memory, but always thankful to the support this group gave me in the early months. So just wanted to say hi, keep going everyone, and thanks.

Hi thanks for your response another night owl like me. I cant remember the exact day now, but I do know it was in the last week of oct 13, after a holiday in Spain and Gibraltar, when my son introduced me to the fantastic world of vaping. A new life for me from then on.😃

We have just recently reached 3000 members which is sensational all these people wanting to quit smoking I know this site has helped me immensely in my own 15 months quit

That's cheating! Hehe. Thanks. Just thought I'd see how everyone doing, see monkys still about brilliant. But lots of new quitters too, how brill is that. Just wanted to say if I can do it, anyone can. One real heavy x smoker me. So keep going all.

i say the same thing..i smoked 30 a day for 40 years and quit cold turkey. it certainly can be done with some commitment and support.

Monky is a gem - his blood is worth bottling...not that i will tell him that ..keeps us all on our toes
