Forgot my patch today

I am on day 5 and am using the patch and inhaler thing,well I forgot my patch today didn't realize till I got to work,have been ok cravings no worse,so now I'm wondering do I just use the inhaler and forget the patch,or put a patch on tomorrow,advise appreciated please

Hi Elissa, well done you ...... 5 days whoohoo

I use patches and on a couple of occasions I forgot to put one on. I ended up having cravings towards the end of the day. I suggest if you are going to go without then pop one in your bag....just in case. At least you know if you do get a really bad craving its not a problem

I agree with Droopy always keep one handy.

I used patches and when I didn't have one on I knew it.

I've used the patches and the inhalator, very good too they are If you can do without the patches, then thats flippin great gal, but like DroopyJ says, keep one handy eh Or maybe get the lower dose patches and try one of them
