Tough day

Had a drink and a bbq today with the family was shocked the craving i got when i had a drink. I didnt give in though even tho it was really hard

Its a toughie... I dropped home a family friend last nite after a bbq with my family, normally when she gets out of the car I light a ciggie... it was really hard going for me all the way home (about 40mins) & I had to stop for petrol but really really had to resist the urge to buy a pack of cigs... so I sympathise with you, but well done that you didn't give in

Its the same when i travel to see family i get the train im used to getting off it and lighting up. Havent been on train yet but when i do i will be on here

Im the same....Have found it ok (ish) so far...but once I drink...oh boy...that is really really hard for me!! The e cig comes out then and that gets me through Good luck.xxx
