Tough day today but what lovely support

Day 15 today of quitting the evil beast but had a really tough day, great getting some feedback from genuine people who really care and know what i'm going through. Big thank you to you all - and from me still no cigarettes!

Congratulations! You have done great! Tough days are the pits, but wow, to get through them and still keep off the fags, that's just fantastic

I am working up to day 15, just day 10 at the moment, hoping to get there! Wish me luck, I think I still need it! Ticking off a day (sometimes even an hour!!) at a time
