For some reason and totally out of the blue, I am desperate to walk over to the NAAFI and buy a pack of smokes 
had a little bit of stress at home the last couple of days, and work is boring, but that isn't anything new! Not sure where this has come from, I am about to reach 2 months in a couple of days too 
... i am getting my nicotine from my ecig, so it doesnt make any sense!

It makes sense to me my friend still get those feelings myself, catches you when you least expect it and you have things to deal with at the moment, you can do without those sticks my friend, they are no friend to you and you will regret it if you have one, don't do it pinkie zoom, go for a walk, some deep cleaning anything to take your mind off it, see my post to sinfree really not worth it Hun, come on deep breath in and onwards we go, get outside let out a scream, curse away, anything just don't do it, the craving will go until next time and it will get easier you have done so very well don't bugger it up now, you can and will get through this you really will, sending positive vibes to you now x

Al when I was nearly 5 months quit, I got the odd day that mr flippin nic really got at me I thought of what I was doing at the time and where I was, that may have triggered it off But never did make a connection with them !! If that makes sense mr nic works in mysterious ways ! perhaps you just dropped your guard for a bit

Hi Al, hope you managed to fight off the urge. Not good when temptation is so close to hand. Can't you ask your boss or someone to forbid you to go outside until home time. As it was 4 hours ago when you posted this am assuming you either gave in or stuck it out. If you stuck it out - well done, brilliant, if you didn't, oh well am sure you're regretting it now so just give them away or better still throw them away.

Hi everyone thank you for your support .... Today has been the day from hell, more lies and deceit !! I was sent home from work in a hysterical state.... Guess I am not that strong after all. Really can't do this much more... But I didn't have a cigarette. But won't lie I wanted one, I wanted 20
I actually managed to vape 2 tanks today lol... I normally don't have to refill every day! But I did it. Not feeling too chipper to be honest so might just chill in the side lines until I am no longer on the brink of a break down lol!!
