Hi Soph just remember you have done so well and don't make that backward step. My advice is try not to go outside with the other smokers, temptation could be too much, instead nip to the loo and use your ecig that way your nicotine hit will be delivered and you will be warm and dry too lol!! X
great advise.. the pub whihc we normally end up in allows electric cigs... Im thinking if i achieve saturday night smoke free i will treat myself to a sunday pub lunch
Sounds like you have a really good plan.Just remember how far you've come & if you give in and have a cig you're back to where you were and will have to start all over again. That was one of the ways that I did it, every day was another step closer to giving up for good. Make sure your Ecig has enough charge/cartridges/fluid to last the night and just think how cold and wet it is outside for those smokers and you're inside being warm and dry!!! Best of Luck and Enjoy yourself.H
Tell your friends that they are under no circumstances allowed to give you a cig. And as the others have said, have plenty of ecig cartridges. Better you use up more of that than normal than have a smoke. You can totally do this
Well done Soph. This was also my first weekend without smoking. I had a few drinks but didn't go out with loads friends. Just dinners, but still was hard. I 'm glad to hear you survived. It is encouraging!
Thank you i didnt go over boared on the drink which helped pluis lots of support from partner. plus as a treat got myself a McDonalds at the end of the night
