So happy I’ve been a non smoker for 1 week. A few ups and downs the first few days and my sleeping pattern is a bit messed up but at least I’m sleeping.

Well done carolinet1974. Insomnia was the biggest problem for me. It will get better but it may take some time but we do all react differently to quitting. Good luck, you can do it.
