Want to quit Smoking

Hi I have smoking for two years and i wanted to quit smoking. I have tried myself by trying to buy electronic cigs and it didnt help. I tried to stop smoking but the craving is irresistible. Please help me.

So you've been smoking for 2 Years then, that tells me that you are very young

You've tried the e-cig and that dont work eh !! it dosnt work for a lot of people, so dont you get into a flap about it eh

Everybody is different, some people dont need any help, some people like you and I do !!

There are lots of different NRT, Nicotine Replacement Therapies about to help us I used the 16 hour patches, which are very good but am off them now, am just using the inhalator and the nicotine gum at the moment I will put a post on for you about the different NRT products, just have a look through and see what you fancy eh

Then just come back here, and we can tell you what its like eh We all help each other on this lovely site and if we cant, then, as Jillygirl has said, Emjay will soon sort you
