Recovering from a chest infection with a bout of possibly the worst asthma I've had in a long while.
(I'm only very mildly asthmatic but this time has been hard) However as they say, every cloud has a silver lining & just didn't want to use my ECig so I'm officially nicotine free since Sunday

Thats flippin great news gal, nicotine free since Sunday and I am sooooo glad that your recovering from that nasty chest infection
Erm, am just wondering what type of e-cig you have as in, can you get nicotine free cartridges for it ?? soooo if you do fancy a puff at it sometime, you will still be nicotine freeeeeeee just go through the motions eh
Am not sure whether you can understand what I have said, if you cant, then just wait a bit till an interpreter comes along
Sounds like you are doing really well. You now have no nicotine in your body so that's a good thing. Be ready for any trying times as those receptors within your brain may start to give you some grief. However, if your're ready for them, then you shouldn't have any problems. Remember, cravings are a positive sign
