Hey Kizwiz, sorry to hear this. Did you have an appointment or did you just pop in? Don't be shy on asking do they have somewhere quieter, out of ear shot. It's important that you try not to let this hinder your quit attempt. If you can say something, then it may make it better for your next visit - as well as for others who may experience the same. If you're still not happy, then maybe pop along to somewhere else.

Ideally, anybody offering stop smoking support should also offer behavioural support alongside givIng NRT out, this can also include a good decent pep-talk when needed too.

Stay positive and focus on your reasons for wanting to stop in the first place.

I just popped in but was asking for an appointment when the girl came to the counter to give me my patches and asked how I was getting on. Not really wanting to discuss such matters for all to hear I kept it brief then she dismissed me by saying see you next week. Disappointing. Still going strong though and really glad I found this Site.
