If you are still working through your early days of living a smokefree lifestyle and are not yet used to being in surroundings where there may be other smokers, then please think ahead to tonight. For those of you who may be going along to your local bonfire night firework display, you may notice a lot of adults smoking which may be a trigger that will set off that 'want' within you. If this does happen, remember that this is the nicotine receptors within your brain trying to take advantage of the situation and attempting to catch you out.
However, the best form of armour you can have is something that is called 'being prepared' Remembering that planning and preparation is key to you success, this will at least you will give yourself the best chance ever
