Got back from the hospital a couple of hours ago where hubby has had a gastroscopy this afternoon.Now usually after something like that I would've run to the back door,opened it and lit my trusty ciggy.Strange thing is that the temptation/craving was there but I had just one puff on my ECig and haven't needed it since.The Ecig is starting to taste bad now most times I use it,plan is to use it maybe for another week in the early morning & then that's it.How was everyone else's day, amazing and smoke free I hope.

P.s have been feeling a little bit short of breath from time to time,nothing too bad but just wondered if this was normal.Been off the cigs for just over 5 weeks.

Erm, about you being a bit short of breath, I think most of us get that to start with, but it was about 2 weeks into my quit when I got it, also coughing quite a lot, its just your body adjusting to erm, the new you I think

If it gets any worse, I would make an appointment at the Docs, just to make sure eh

Hi H, yeah I had slight shortness of breath a bit in week 4, sounds like it's the norm.

May be your Ecig tasting bad because it needs new ' wicks ' they say they last about 3 to4 weeks before needing replacing !! Just a thought.

I'm glad you posted this cos this week I have been getting really breathless much more so than when I smoked, the advisor today said that smoking opens your airways and that may be why, however think I will go to the doctor to check as it is a bit bad.
