Just back from my local Parkrun - 30 seconds quicker than last time - wow! Got in to a phone message to say that my 91 year-old auntie has broken her hip and is in hospital. Oh dear, I'd better get on the phone and find out more.

Hi everybody, sorry I havent bin on earlier cos I had a lot to do today, as in fit a new shower unit at one of my Sister-in-laws, fix the hedge trimmer, and !! cut the flippin hedge tooooooooo

Then went to one of my Brother & Sister-in-laws to fit a new down stairs bog !! job done Gets home to relax, then er-in- doors says, this front room needs decorating flippin Woman, who wants em eh But I must admit, where would us old blokes be without you, !!

Rite am flippin cream cracked now, so I will say nite nite to you all and I hope you all have nice dreams, and if you flippin dont, then dont flippin blame me rite, cos ermmmmmm, well just dont blame me thats all but you can if you want
