Tomorrow it will be 11 weeks cigarette free.
I've worked it out roughly that I would have smoked three thousand cigs in them weeks.
How many cigs have you not smoked?
Let's add them up
I was smoking 40 a day.

Well done on 11 weeks cigs free I don't think my one brain cell will let me work out how many i would have smoked i had 20 a day and stopped 7 months ago
Wow Kevin, 11 weeks is just amazing - I bet you're really proud of yourself.
I estimate that I haven't smoked about 9100 since I quit. (How much would that have cost? )
ugh, imagine piling up 9,000 cigarette ends along with all the ash in a very large ash tray. Bet your lungs are singing and dancing with delight. Bet you feel so good. Today I cycled past a spot where I usually stop for a rest. Hubby was well impressed, guess that oxygen must be getting around much better now.
Don`t know how many Ciggies I puffed on ( hate to think ).
I do know if I had put the money I spent on them over the years in my penny jar, I`d have thousands of penny jars lying about the place and probably a collapsed floor!.
Ah well, least my health is a bit better, cant put a price on that.
As they say,,,POWER TO THE QUITERS!!!!.
Tom.
Over nine thousand andi.
Hard to imagine smoking that amount.
That excellent andi.
To be honest I am still finding it very hard to pack in.
The cravings are driving me mad.
I wake up dreading the day and that is definitely not me.
But I am still in the fight.
Not smoking three thousand cigs has given me a huge boost..
Hi Kevin, when I was at 11 weeks which is only probably 2 or 3 weeks ago (must count up the weeks again, I've lost track) I was the same as you, finding it very hard and getting really fed up. I do think though that I've come out the other side now. Despite the fact I'm going through a very emotional time at the moment I honestly think the cravings are getting less now, so not long to go, you'll soon be feeling better
I just checked. 13 weeks on the Saturday just gone.
Thank you for that Mad, i just couldn't work that out I don't want to know how many i've smoked either, i'd probably cry at all that wasted money
Cheers sinfree
Hope things work out for you.
Keeping off the cigs when things aren't going great must be hard.
Good luck
Kevin
Morning all still not cracked it still now I want to but the cravings get to me and I cave in . Going to get some NRT today so fingers crossed xx
Hi Rockyroad
Great you are doing something positive to sort out the problems you identify - got to find a way to help get through the cravings. Good luck I have found the NR really helps keep me going, the patch for sort of underlying nicotine craving coverrage, and inhalator for comnfort if it feelks like a crisis time.
I guess we all find our own methods, and it is a bit trial and error to beat those crazy craving times.
All the best, hope you find what you need, and then not have all those thousands of fagsThat's the best bit!
John I packed the cigs in because I was smoking more than I ever smoked.
I've smoked for over 35years and never packed in before.
My body must be in shock.
The craving I get make my eyes water.
I feel like shouting out.
But I am getting there. The novelty of packing in has gone and determination of beating the cigs has kicked in.
We'll get there mate cheers kevin
What a brill way of thinking, I was doing it by the day but yours is far better mentally, and the money savings. I was 20 miniature cigars a day. £4.20 per ten. Scary
