my therapist told me she's leaving today right after I related to her about a very traumatizing incident from my early childhood. I had a flash back . I was a wreck then she tells me shes

Your therapist should not have done that to you! That just continues your trauma of that incident. Stupid therapist!

I have seen over 50 mental health "professionals" in my lifetime because my conditions were so complicated. Many of these people did not have the proper experience, training, and "bedside manner" necessary to helping me, which is why I kept looking over so many decades. It is tiring and frustrating to keep searching for the right help but I kept looking because I wanted to feel better and stop having so many complications with both my physical and mental health. I finally found some very good help in early 2022, but my functional medicine psychiatrist does not take my insurance so he is very expensive for me. (I take my bills from him off my income tax each year). I continue to work with him (plus a psychologist) because I am finally feeling significantly better as they work out both my physical and mental challenges.
