Hello and Welcome. I wanted to invite you to join Anxiety and Depression Support on this site if you haven't already. It is much more active with people posting all day every day. I read your bio. If you make a post on Anxiety and Depression Support you could share some of that in the post. It would make it easier for people to connect with you.
I'm fairly new too. I've found some relief in being able to express things at any give time I feel the need. Especially if my primary support system is not available when I'm overwhelmed. It's a start.
