I am a 23 yr old female, in search of support from PTSD. I was raped at 18 and in that toxic environment for far too long. I currently still have nightmares about all of the bad things, but have been focused on school to where it has not affected me as much. It is hard to talk about to people that do not understand.

Hi, I'm so sorry for what happened to you... It must be tough dealing with those memories and traumas. I'm so proud that you are doing your best in this difficult life. I hope you can heal in the future and that this monster will get what they deserve. I wish you only happiness in the future, above all don't forget that you are in no way responsible for what happened to you.
