hi guys well I guess I’m feeling hopeful. I got a new therapist and she told me I have adjustment disorder not ptsd. The difference she said is that my symptoms have lessened when I changed my environment and that I no longer have nightmares. I just want to thank everyone for the support and wanted to share this. 🍀
