Calling everyone in the UK. Don't forget to order your Christmas cards from the PSPA. I have just ordered mine. Not only does it give them a bit of cash, but it helps send word of PSP around the globe.

Lots of love

Great post Anne!

On it, spread the word and maybe a lil message inside the card, please google this illness and stop bloody asking me what has dad got! 😡

Obviously not quite like that but oh how I’d like too!

Or ps it is not Parkinson’s despite you always referring to it as Parkinson’s!!!!

I can think of a lot worse - "this is what X has, try googling it, or better still come and see your family member/friend, so you know exactly what you are refusing to acknowledge or help" or is that a bit to close to the knuckle??????

Sorry, just remembering how I was feeling two years ago!

Lots of love

Anne

I get fed up of people asking me. The times I tell them to look it up but hardly anyone ever does. X

Lol

After thinking about this a bit more, how about this?

Dear xxxx

This card is from the Psp Association and that stands for Progressive Supranuclear Palsy or PSP for short

If you visit the PSP Association online it will explain everything about Dad’s illness and how it robs the individual of every single thing! (Perhaps once you’ve googled it and taken it in, you won’t need to ask me again?!)

In the meantime wishing you peace for the new year ahead

X

Thanks , heady I will get some cards. Best thing for people who can't understand what psp is , or don't want understand is , invite your self and the psp suffer for lunch at their house, leave straight after lunch , let them clean the carpet under the table , and wash the pee off the loo floor..you won't be able to go to see them again , but who cares , you won't have to answer their damm fool questions again. .....Thats the way I feel.....Brenda xxx

Thanks for reminding us, me.

I've got my cards, written and sent and ordered 6 Hummingbirds as little gifts for friends. So important to spread the word.

Lots of love,
