Our Emergency Alert Cards are useful resources to keep on your person.
The cards are wallet and purse sized and contain information about your symptoms, have space for an emergency contact as well as links to our interactive resource for healthcare professionals.

We carried a version of this card around with us all the time. They are invaluable during trips to A & E, etc. Thank you PSPA for this support, everyone with this evil disease needs to have these cards.

Wonderful idea. We did not have the card but loved the PSP pamphlets. They came in very handyat the nursing home. Sending hugs... Granni B
