10 weeks pregnant - symptoms

Good day ..

So i received the best news 2 weeks back at gynea.. the bleeding was caused by my kow lying placenta but baby was perfectly fine.. been such a stressful time we get to little credit as mothers .. i had horrible nausea and back pain this passed time and during this weekend i had a bit of bleeding again (which dr said is normal because of my condition) but throughout the weekend my nausea and pain eased up quite a bit . I went into a worry again just praying that baby is okay ? I read laslast night about a woman who experienced the exact same thing and after talking to dr ect it was perfectly normal for this to happen because at 10 weeks your placenta should be in full working mode and this helps with hormones floating around in your body ? Any advice or anyone experiencing the same thing..
