10 days off of pred. ( After 3years ) on hydroxychloroquine 200 mg just Some stiffness. some new years goals lots of stretching and yoga. Wish everyone a heathy year !!

I know! Can't stand the stuff myself - OH too. We often get one as a gift -sometimes the German 'equivalent' (I'll get some disagreements there)!😂😂 We hand it over to our daughter. She gets paid for her Dad's translations!!😊
