So I won't be around as much, probably not at all some days. Don't worry if you don't see me posting - I know some people do! Can't imagine why ...
Oh - and could someone order so half-decent weather for the UK for the next few weeks?? I've been practising here - it has rained (sort of) all week but it wasn't windy. That joy is to come!!

I’m also heading back to the UK after six weeks in New Zealand and Australia. Not looking forward to the Edinburgh weather at all. Let me know if you’re passing through whilst visiting your daughter. Kirstin
weather forecast is sunny and warmer from Wednesday onwards next week. Enjoy whatever you do and wherever you go…..Keep well while away. Looking forward to hearing from you when back….
O wow I hope we have some nice weather for you. What part of the UK are you coming to. ? I am in the north east and we don't do to bad for weather compaired to rest of UK. Anne. Ritter
Yes if we are going to get any snow it's always Durham ..Lovely place when I was a teenager i used to drive to Durham to go ice skating loved it. Ate you driving?
Hope you have a great holiday, can't really comment on the weather, having just come back from two weeks in the Caribbean to temperatures in the minus figures. 🥶🥶
The temperature here in England is due to rise by 12 degrees from what we have today & what is forecast for next Tuesday. Happy travels& have a well deserved, wonderful holiday, S x
We will miss you PMRpro , I’ll feel lost without seeing the daily wisdom and comfort you provide , but so very happy you’ll be in the UK and with your children and family . Have a wonderful time, I hope the weather is warm.
When I was at Hull and Bempton last week it was warm and sunny. Saturday was almost hot! It has cooled down somewhat, but still some sunshine in Derbyshire. Are you going to Whitby? You will probably need some warm clothes!
Happy travels! I tried ordering your weather but was told that the reliable, dry and sunny weather is still on back order. But still available at reduced price is the UK pot luck special, said to be invigorating because of the anticipation each day. Best I could do, prepare to be invigorated I guess! 🙂
Hope you get some nice weather, it's been lovely and sunny but very cold this week but the rain is meant to return on Monday, the following week might be nice though.Enjoy your much earned break , Bee
whatever the weather I am sure you will have a good time. Safe trip and well wishes for a well earned holiday. If you can fit in a diversion I would be delighted to see you. I'm sure your daughters are looking forward to seeing you
Weather doesn’t matter so much when you’re with your family. Here in Fife it’s been sunny days with a bit of a cold wind, and cold nights. But as you know, we’re a hardy lot! Enjoy your holiday, you deserve it!
One thing 'wrong 'with holidays, they always end so soon.....Enjoy every minute of it, and don't worry about the weather. We should always look for the Sunshine in our hearts.🙂
Hi Lochy & PMRPro, I'm living in Edinburgh I can reliably impart the news that Spring is not here yet - a frost overnight, still below zero outside but bright blue skies. Forecast for the week is dry. From then on I do not trust any forecast, even the Met Office don't give forecasts for over 5 days by locality but only the UK as a whole. But you'll have a great time here I'm sure.
The Spring is with us here in the South East, with clear blue skies and a chilly wind. It’s a beautiful time to take a holiday. You will be so missed, PMRPro. I hope you have a wonderful break, xx
A well deserved break. Well this week in Devon has been lovely - no rain and sunny - if a little chilly. Think next week not bad either in the sunny south west! Enjoy x
Way to go Pro i read everything that is posted and dont post myself much but you deserve the biggest holiday going you and dorset lady are always there to help anyone and every one including myself ,so have a good holiday .Take care.x
I’m sure you’ll have a great time whatever the weather… I love reading your advice, even when it doesn’t directly affect me! Enjoy being with your family.
Here's hoping you have a fantastic time. No doubt the weather will do its usual thing - beautiful last week, drove home in heavy snow/sleet this week and it went from 7C to freezing in about 200 metres!
Good on you PMRpro you certainly deserve a break. I am amazed and so thankful for the time and effort you put in for your reliable prompt informative and kind replies.
I don’t have the expertise of PMRpro…only experience of living with GCA and reading what other have been through - and a having the time to waffle on about both … ad nauseam..😊
Hope you have a lovely sunny time in those dales . Chilly at night but looking brighter every day.🙏. Meantime thank you for your fantastically informed and helpful contributions to this forum and look forward to your return!
wonderful weather on Mull 🌞 thank you for everything you do - enjoy a good long break!
As of Friday my campervan and I are permanently on Mull 🎉. The transition has not helped my PMR journey but am surviving although probably wouldn’t have without the forum!
I hope that you have a lovely holiday. I'm back in the UK in a few weeks myself and am hoping for some continued good weather. It's been glorious there the past two weeks apparently, meanwhile in Spain here it has rained, and rained and has been very chilly. Have a good holiday. You deserve it x
Was wet at home last week, nice for a few days now then rain again. It was the same this time last year I think. Not hoping for too much - except sun and no wind for the weekend of the 5th for the wedding - because that will be awful if it rains!
