Hot flushes have greatly reduced

Just wanted to thank everyone on the forum who took the trouble to give me advice about hot flushes and night sweats. Have increased my dosage to 10mg on doctors advice after my viral illness and they have almost stopped. Thanks again everybody.

I’d also like to thank all of the forum folks who responded to my question about night sweats. Because of the responses from people indicating that their sweats seemed to correlate with too low Prednisone, my husband asked for a Synacthen test. He is down to 3.5mg Prednisone and it’s looking like the problem may be that his adrenals are having difficulty waking up. His quick test was low enough that he’s now scheduled for the full test next week. I feel like we finally might be on the right track. Thank you all so much!
