Do you think we are more sensitive to music at the moment? I find myself really listening quite deeply to lyrics. I heard a song on our local radio by somebody Dennis Lloyd I think, called Never Mind, I was mesmerised by it, like it was speaking to me. Something Inside So Strong is perfect for you Janette!

I couldn't live without my music, much prefer it to TV, so glad we have lounge and dining room!.........my summerhouse is my sanctuary with radio.....but what I really want is a jukebox!!👍

My neighbour got rid of one just the other week!....it was huge.... don't know where they kept it but must have had it's own room!!

I listen to all different channels depending on mood....this afternoon my favourite....Johnny Walker....sound of the 70's....showing my age!. Can't stand how some of the presenters chunter on...drives me mad.....

Then listen in bed....gets me off to sleep....but not for long.......always have loved music....can remember songs that were out at all important times in my life.......some I wish I couldn't remember!!

I agree with all you say and love the 60s too, showing my age now - just makes you feel so happy - I don't understand some of today's music - just a noise to me......
