If you have pudendal neuropathy would squatting cause you pain?

I have just been diagnosed with pn from just history but I have read you could not squat with one and I have no problem with it it doesn't cause me any pain. I'm confused

As the neve gets more entrapped and damaged then it will hurt if you squat. For me the pain runs from the right side of my back to the front near the belly button down the right labia then down the inner thigh, then across my knee and down to my outer toes. I have problems urinating and can't have a bowel movement without holistic drugs sex hurts like !@#$!# and I can't squat or bend or kneel or sit cross legged. I am planning on having the decompression surgery after we finish traveling and settle into a new home. ntil then I take nerve pills, muscle relaxants and Valium. I do the exercises that Dr. A will let me do and keep weight off. This is NOT a easy condition to find treatment for.
