I have pudendal neuralgia does that mean you can’t have sex anymore cause it will cause flares ?

Hi! If you are experiencing pain with sex, then have a chat with your doctor. Having PN doesn't automatically mean you can't have it. Even if it causes flares, there are things that can help improve that such as physio, medication, numbing gel, etc. So have a chat with your GP if you need some help.

did somebody tell you that? Or is this what you are experiencing? If you are experiencing pain with sex and PN — talk to a Dr and look into pelvic PT.
