does any one know what the dynamic study on the MRI report means

Mine says pudendal nerve canals

Bilateral symmetric decompression of the pudendal nerve canal above the ischial spine ?

Hello. I only read this now. Did you happen to find out what it means?

Also, did the report say your pudendal nerves were compressed or decompressed? I’m confused. Thanks

They said no compression or entrapment

I guess I just have pudendal neuralgia

Nothing on mri on report got symptoms I got weekd after pelvic floor surgery

I have had the block and it took all the pain away I have a lot of referred pain butt back of leg down into my heels

Trying Botox next hopefully it works .

Where do you live? If the block took all the pain away, it was injected in the correct spot. Unfortunately, they don’t last as they are a method of diagnosis.

I had severe PNE and my MRI found nothing.

I hope Botox helps. Keep me posted. Good luck.

Yes definitely don’t last only lasted 3 hours I am in Sydney

If that doesn’t work I’ll try steroids next

My pysio is saying I have SI dysfunction as well which could be causeing some as well

No one knows for sure

I can’t take lycria I have two many side effects .

Have you tried Amytriptyline or Gabapentin?

yes on 50 mg nightly of nortriptyline it’s the same as amitriptyline but does nothing for my referred pain .

If I take a Valium most my pain disappears but can’t live on Valium
