Doctors in London?

I was diagnosed with pudendal neuralgia in 2004 by Professor Baranowski. Recently things have taken a turn for the worse and I want to see a specialist again. I see the NHNN lists various doctors including Professor Baranowski and wonder if this/he is still the best bet? Are there any other specialists in London now that I should be considering? I would be open to both NHS and private; seeing someone sooner rather than later is very relevant with this horrible condition!

Thank you all.

I've been going to the Neurology Hospital in Queens Square in London. I've been waiting for a a nerve block to the Pudendal nerve. I've had problems sitting down for over 6yrs but it's gradually got worse over the last 3 months to the point where my Vaginal muscles go into spasm and everything is being pulled up inside of me.

Sorry to hear things have got worse 🙁. Do you see someone specific at the NHNN or do you see whoever is on duty at the time?

Are you of menopause age ? Vaginal oestrogen saved my sanity a lot of this can be caused by lack of oestrogen in the tissue

I checked on the link you have provided as I am looking for help for Pudendal Neuralgia near London as well. I am very confused why you have recommended this PT. I can see that she appears to specialize in pelvic floor issues, but her entire Facebook page is in Portuguese. I can't imagine she is located in London or even the UK. Does she even speak English?
