Hi can I have some advice and help please, I have Vulvodinya and I have tried all sorts.

Is there anything out there that I could be missing.

I was given gabapentin cream for the external area, twas helpful ish but u may get on well with it x

You could try raw local honey mixed with coconut oil (food grade type) - place small amount in vagina daily (at night, use a cloth pad if you find it messy) and that should help the microbiome of your vagina and thereby help restore good health all round your vaginal/vulval area. I have had it for 6 years…Been to a number of different Doctors. I have had steroid injections, and now I am on vaginal suppositories. They have 2% diazepam. They seem to help.

I tried many treatments: bioi-dentical hormones, biofeedback, internal myofascial therapy, but what seemed to work for me was working with relaxing and then strengthening my pelvic floor.

Hi black cat I've had the same for y years. I've tried gabaperntin amatriptilyn tramadol so many I can't recall them all.. the only place that successfully treats this condition is in Nantes France. If you want to research it and want a companion just call me Christine 07939900258
