Hi Looking for advice

Anybody Suffer Vagina Haematoma from pelvic surgery

I developed a 10x8x4cm Haematoma

Can you advise symptoms

I have servere pressure in vagina & Rectum.

Pain is unbearable 💔

Can sit or stand

Pain relief not touching pain 💔

Dr wants to manage Haematoma Conservatively.

I'm 6 weeks post surgery

How long does it take for Haematoma to absorb bleeding has stopped feel like I'm sitting on a rock at the minute.

Urine keeps going into retention

3 uti infections since surgery

Feeling lost in world of pain 💔

I’m so sorry you’ve been dealing with this awful pain post op. What surgery did you have?

You need an anti inflammatory stat. Will the doctor give you Naproxin? Can you buy it over the counter?

Oral arnica tablets may help along with vitamin C and zinc.

There is a product calked Wobezym that breaks down fibrin in clots. Also, serapeptidase does the same thing. Go to a reputable health food store ( sit on a gel ice pack if you have to drive ) and ask.

Fill condoms with water and freeze them. Insert one that’s not hard but still rigid into your vagina for five to ten minutes perhaps four to five times a day. Keep me posted. I really feel for you.

Hi Konagirl

I'm currently on Diclofenac anti inflammation tabs 50mg x3 times a day

I've also been taking anicare 30c from homeopathy..I'm going to speak to my homeopathy tomorrow see if can up dose to 200c I also take turmeric!! Ice packs are good but short relief of pain must definitely look into Wobezym?? Never heard of that ..unfortunately it's slow process while haematoma is dispersing 😢 Drs don't seem to think it's big deal ..

I had sacrospinous ligament fixation stitch removal as my body was rejecting material of permanent stitches. I've ordered vitamin C there tonight so please god over 🙏 next few weeks I get relief only good thing is my bladder has started to work I'm drinking plenty pure cranberry juice as I've had 3 uti infections which just adds to pain. Unfortunately haematoma sitting between from back wall vagina so affecting bowels & bladder.

Thanks for your reply keep me in yr prayers 🙏

Ask the homeopath if collagen might help your ligament. Bone broth might be a good idea to. You have my prayers.
