Shooting pain in vagina

Help i have been having shooting pain bad in vagina,haven't had sex or a period in 4 years hurts especially at night,feels like I'm being stabbed,anyone know what this is

i have it too its called Vulvodynia of course there are other problems you can check it out with a G.P who will check you take more symptoms from you and then they may refer you too a gynaecologist.

Sadly sometimes its hard to get a diagnosis keep a diary of your symptoms then you can show the doctor or gynaecologist. Hope you get the pain addressed.

Vulvadynia doesn't always cause shooting pain, if it's inside the pudendal nerve and genitofemoral nerves go into the

Vagina and labia, cause be a trapped nerve or pelvic floor muscle tension
