Prolapse 10 months after giving birth.

I had an forceps and episiotomy delivery 10 months ago and have a stage 2 prolapse. Although the bulge feeling has improved I still get pain in my lower stomach especially around the time I ovulate and when my period is due.

The urine leaking has improved however I'm completely unable to hold in wind and have very little warning about a bowel movement. I'm getting more stressed as I'll be returning to work shortly and don't know how I'll manage.

I saw a urogynae at the beginning of the year but don't have a second appointment untill January 24. I see a pelvic floor therapist but I don't think they are actually that good. I do kegel exercises and pilates every other day but still feel like I'm so far away from this feeling manageable, and feel like the choice of having another child has been taken away.

I do feel as though there is something else going on aside from the prolapse, I still have a lot of vaginal and anal laxity and I have a new lump on my anus which I've been told is not hemaroids but it definitely wasn't there before. My stitches came apart from the episiotomy and I have a very large scar and I wonder if this could also be causing an issue.

I don't know what else I can do to improve this situation and am so worried about returning to work. Is there anything you could recommend that I'm not already doing?
