+groin pain

I have intermittent testicle pain, numbness in the foot, and hip pain, sometimes accompanied by IBS-type symptoms. I cannot get any answers except that maybe I have an entrapped pudendal nerve and scar tissues from a prior surgery that may contribute to pinched nerves. When the pain flares, it's terrible. I have, but I do not take Percoset because my stomach doesn't like it. I also take pregabalin, celebrex and THC. Not sure what to do.
