Hi all just wanting to know if anyone else is having a feeling of ‘tear/tears in the pelvic area due to dragging down feeling of prolapse?

Hi I think it’s all normal because of the prolapse the longer I walk the dragging feeling seems worse I have been advised to do more pelvic exercises! 🤗

Don't think they really work unfortunately, gravity Nd stretched ligaments possibly

No tears, but lots of sacral pain, heavy feeling, incon tinence, fatigue from weight of prolapse lower back pain and groin pain ALL CAME ON WITH PROLAPSE AND WORSE OVER 20 YEARS AS NOT BELEIVED!

Hi Ria yes that’s how it feels to me . I didn’t find pelvic floor exercises much good but Kegel8 worked bit better.
