Hello to you. I too have prolaspe anterior and posterior walls. Who would have thought when people say everything goes south they mean our lady bits! All I'm going to suggest is try not to stay on your feet too long. Short walks are best for me. I try to sit down and not stand up for long. In the evening l try to lie down watching tv and if l go out socialising l sit down then have a dance then back to my seat. I use a kegel8 ultra 20 every day. I dont want surgery unless l have to as I'm scared of the mesh erosion. I know TVT is mesh. They call it Tension free vaginal tape its thinner but made of exactly the same material. I'm 60 years old l just thought l would message you oh l think my vagifem tablet twice weekly is good for keeping your tissues young. I get achy legs and hips too but l am getting old.

I hope you soon feel better.

Oh I'm not entirely sure. I get my vagifem on prescription. I'm 60 so l now dont pay for my prescription anymore. Ask at the chemist. Each item on prescription is £10 l think so if you are younger find out how much a box is? You get 24 tablets and applicators in a box and you take it twice a week so lasts 12 weeks. When you start on it you take it every day for a short while then twice a week. Please enquire about it at your doctors. Its supposed to keep your vaginal walls happier as it has estrogen in it and you are putting it exactly where its needed. It's a low dose so it's a mini form of hrt really. All the best

It’s prescription only.

There are other methods of corrective surgery that can be used that do not involve mesh.

Good luck, I am similar to you but had all the symptoms since I was 36 and had a long hard fight to get correct diagnosis but still no proper treatment so I live on benefits after loosing my ability to work ....terrible situation.

Gaslighted, ignored, assaulted, anything to shut me down as negligence at heart of it all .

I worked in clinical healthcare for over 30 years also!

Good luck.

I wouldn't have thought the symptoms are related. It sounds like a vitamin or thyroid imbalance ? But we're not doctors or experts. Try taking paracetamol in the morning if you're allowed to. Good lck

Go to pharmacy and ask advice.

I would suggest canisten cream and pessary duo pack.

Also look up natural therapies for vaginal thrush too.

Sometimes prolapses can become exfoliated and bleed etc.

Sylk vag moisturiser is helpful, either on prescription or via gp.

Drink lots in hot weather as headache can be dehydration.

Start to take active or some other form.of prebiotic for gut health and immune system

Good luck as I can see you suffer with a lot of health issues.

Have you ever tried hrt?

Wondering g if you need rebalanced hormone wise.

Effects of menopause and post menopause greatly under recognised. It can affect many parts of a women's body.

Highly recommend tibetan or Chinese medicine alongside Western medicine you get the best of both worlds then.

Good luck

You poor thing.

It's not right that women have to fight to get good decent gynae help.

I think that there is a big problem with gynae and women's services.

I feel very sad for all you are going through.

I sincerely hope all your symptoms go away with the correct help and compassionate understanding.

None of us should have to fight we pay for the health service.

They need to bring g care , concern and compassion back into many areas of healthcare.

People have forgotten to be kind and care cos so many are burnt out and suffering themselves.

More well qualified doctors and nurses are needed who are also able to have the staff on duty and be given the time to care for their patients in the way that is necessary and how they are trained to do.

I hope you get sorted out once and for all.

Medical gaslighting is a subject that needs investigation.
