Now mot sure what to do, surgeon said to try for baby in six mths time. No partner aged what to do?

Not sure what you are asking but if you want a baby and have no partner then you would have to try IVF.

Having children is very expensive and for a very long time so if money is a problem maybe something to seriously consider.
