morning ladys feeling like iv got a uti infection again .

iv only been clear of a uti infection . my doctor said it was clear after i had took a course of anitibioctics. i feel like iv got anther uti infection again and i get palatatins ,vison efects ,ache down below, head feels lightheaded nauesa shaky chills. or could it be some kind of a infection . i get my self right then it feels like anther uti again . i cant carry on like this .i cant have my pressery ring out if its that that is causeing the utis as iv been told iv got to wait anther 2 years before op .
