Wow. I have the same issues. Waiting for a referral to the incontinence clinic . Scared this could be the reason why. Been inconvenient for 10 years and finally a new gp did the referral a year ago. This is scary but I'm grateful for the information. Thanks for sharing

Omg. That's disgusting. Seems like they don't care enough to find out why you have this issue. Talk about leaving people even more traumatised than they are already. I've been told I will get a telephone appointment because a senior clinician has deemed I don't need a person to person appointment. How disgusting are they all. Today I got a letter from them putting the appointment back almost another 4 weeks. 😡 These clinics will be adding people onto the waiting list for mental health intervention. I would go back to my gp if I was you and make a complaint because it's all ridiculous.

I totally agree with you. The NHS are supposed to help us but it seems that we are better off without them.

The thing is, you are alone until you reach out and talk about your problem. This problem can't go away by itself and if you have got as far as a full prolapse no amount of mind over matter or exercise will help.Reading comments on here gave me the confidence to go to my GP after suffering in silence for two years. Doctors won't rush you into anything you don't want. As you can see they already have a lot of patients on their waiting list. You just need to make the first step and ask all your questions.

Sorry Ramsbird. My message has attached itself to your stream in error. It was intended for someone just starting their journey but I seem to have lost the correct link.
