could this be anything to do with my prolaspe bladder?

iv been having like pulsating feeling blow my naval and palpatations after standing. and they last hours dies down when iv rested . head goes light headed too. i feel a very unwell feelin comes across me like waves like as if it like a hormone inbalance . iv been though the meopause . the only thing i think this could be is some think to do with the prolaspe bladder . iv been waiting for a op since 2020 march . iv got a pressery ring in so could it be were the ring is situated and pressing on a nerve . i been drs and been a and e and they say my heart is fine so its got to be the prolase bladder .as anyone else felt like this with theirs ?
