im having bowel isusses with my bladder prolase and someone let me know if they are and how its effectting thir bowels ?

What kind of issues? If it is constipation or hard stool you can take stool softeners or add more fiber to your diet.

thankyou for your reply. i keep having like i have to go its like i have no mussle controll i never had it till this bladder prolase came on me so im woundering if i have a part bowel prolase .

l have a prolaspe of all or something still waiting for gynecologist appointment!!I have a ring pessary and that can get in the way of your bowels. I have managed to have bowels work much better by taking cosmocol sachets one a day. When you go you should have your feet on a stool/or step up which you should keep in the bathroom this is the best position and it's true!
