Submucoid fibroid and pcos
Hi, l have PCO but not the syndrome and had two rounds of lVF we got one shot on the NHS but had to pay for our second round. If l knew what l know now don’t have the egg retrieval without Anaesthetic, l went through this twice not by choice the second time, and not sure l would have paid for the treatment through the NHS because if an emergency comes in you get put back even though you have paid not classed as priority. Unfortunately our treatment was not successful and l could not keep putting myself through this process both financially, physically and emotionally. I wish you every success.
We did ivf and had 3 children over 10 years of treatment but youngest is now 24 so it was a long time ago. The methods have no doubt changed but it will still be hard going especially when it fails. You also need very deep pockets if paying for it !
