Lower abdomen support belt

During my struggle with endo and since my hysterectomy, I have been experiencing serious pain and discomfort of my lower abdomen - like a dragging feeling, pulling at my insides. I found that when I was holding my belly, the discomfort eased, so I started wearing support/compression underwear all the time. The pull you in panties and tops tend to be very restrictive and not the most comfortable things to wear at the best of times, let alone during hot and humid weather. So during the recent hot spell we had, I decided to see if there was a smaller alternative and I found it! I’ve attached a pic via Amazon and will try to share the link in comments. I’ve found the belt to be super comfortable and lightweight - and far less intrusive than the body-hugging support underwear. It takes a little getting used to, working out how tight or loose you want to wear it, but I really rate it.

It does come with a free bib for newborns, so apologies if that is a trigger for anyone. I couldn’t have children and certainly can’t now, so I understand that it can be challenging to buy maternity things for reproductive conditions.
