Hi just after some advise. Ive had a prolapse for many years and pelvic exercise has kept it under control but for the last week I feel intense pressure down below like there's something dropped also I have very cloudy wee. I am doing extra exercise to try and put it right but its getting no better. Im in my early sixties so not sure if its just an age thing but its really uncomfortable. Any tips on how to manage this. TIA.

You should see your GP in case you have an infection, cloudy wee isn't a symptom of prolpase. Also consider vaginal atrophy as that causes a multitude of symptoms and also affects the bladder and urethra.

Hi I'm 60 this year just recently prolaspe difficulties especially with bowel movements.A ring pessary could help or some sort of pessary. They hold things up. I'm having one fitted Thursday terrified but I'm hoping it will help. If it doesn't you can take them out.
