I'm New

Hi All,

Just came across the group and felt it's a platform I could benefit from as I've also bn suffering from fibroids pain/bleeding. I have bn trying to convince after two kids to no avail, I get a really heavy period with clots, one minute I was told I've got fibroids, I had a laparoscopy and was told there was no fibroids. I've had three miscarriages, the last scan shows I've got 5cm fibroids. In my last appt. The ultrasound dept sent me to early pregnancy unit to have a scan done cos they have said it's still within 6weeks of miscarriage, EPU sent me back to the ultrasound dept as my preg.test was negative, I kept going to n fro until I was told that no scan can be done for now due to covid-19. I'm in pains most of the time n bleeding heavily, dnt know what to do....

I would phone your Gynae Consultants' secretary, or contact your GP for help with this.

I was on the phone to a GP yesterday about my problem and he said that he could prescribe me something that would reduce the bleeding and not affect my cycle, This might be something that might help you. I don’t know what it was but ask your GP about it.
