Hi I'm new. In 10th November 2018 I found a lump in my abdomen as it was sticking out so I went to see my Doctor. She prepared me for all possible out comes (Cancer, Ovarian Cancer, Endrometriosis, Fibroid), so she sent me for a few scans to find out what is going on.

The first scan the person said that they couldn't tell if it was coming from the womb or ovary. So I prepared my self in case if it was ovarian cancer. I went to the hospital in 17th December as I was prepared for the worse. They performed surgery on me on that day unfortunately it didn't go to plan as I took a haemorrhage that caused me to lose all of my blood. So they had to call in a second team to save my life. I was very lucky to have survived thanks to the N.H.S Surgery Medical Team.

Now I have clusters of Fibroids in me so I am now receiving injections to stop my ovaries feeding my fibroids. I am getting symptoms of the menopause: hot flushes, Sweat, Lightheaded, Dizzy, soreheads.

I have been on the Prostap injection to stop my ovaries feeding the Fibroids (Subserosal) as I'm going through menopause symptoms: Hot Sweat (severe), Very Red Face (severe), Dizzyness and lightheaded. One time I came over incredibly hot and ended up passing out on the floor. I have to go to the hospital for a blood test soon to make sure the Prostap Injection is out of my system before they do anything else. Then I 'll be getting embolisation for Fibroids, has anyone else had this done? I would appreciate advice. I am still receiving nightmares and still have weakness in my arms and legs yet its been 10 months. Will it ever go?

Is their anyone out their in the same position as me as I feel really alone.

Even though I have supportive parents I really need to speak to people in the same position as me. Other people in my life just don’t want to know any more.

I really would like to come off my pills but I’m still in pain as it has been a year on them. I am angry all the time and I don't know why.

I’ve been going through depression so my doctor has informed me of acis. Can anyone tell me what they are like? I feel lonely as I feel I'm the only one who is going through this with Fibroids in me. Please say there is someone out there who is going through the same thing as me with Fibroids in them and on how they coped.

For me Fibroids have wrecked my life.

Morning 😊 I’m sorry I don’t have any insight but wanted to reply and say your not alone 😊 someone will have some insight but they might not have seen your post yet.

I don’t have these issues but do have unexplained chronic pain in my pelvis and I know how debilitating it feels day in day out.

Sending strength and love.

I hope today’s a good day for you xx
